Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Appointments
At RSalonBuffalo, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require our clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments.
Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant time slot to another client who might be in need of our services.
